Subscription Policy

Subscription basics

If you select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval disclosed during checkout until the subscription is cancelled. Subscription orders receive free standard shipping.

Reminders

We send a reminder approximately 5 days before the next scheduled renewal. You can review your upcoming order and subscription information through the available account or support channels.

Managing your subscription

You may skip an upcoming delivery or request cancellation. There is no pause option. For assistance, contact support@prologuelabs.com.

Cancellation timing

Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next recurring charge. Once a renewal order is processed, cancelling the subscription affects future billing cycles and does not automatically cancel that order.

Cancelling a shipment

A processed order may be cancellable before a shipping label or tracking number is created. Once a label or tracking number has been assigned, that order cannot generally be cancelled. Any return eligibility is governed by the Refund and Return Policy.
